STEPS TO MAINTAIN YOUR POOL IN WINTER

PRODUCTS REQUIRED

• Clean Pool thoroughly and backwash filtration system

• Cartridge and D.E. Filters should be dismantled and cleaned

• All Rubber O - Rings should lubricated

LO – CHLOR

Filter Cleaner & Degreaser

Hydra Slip Lubricant

• Adjust pH level to between 7.2 and 7.6

• Super chlorinate (3 – 4 times the daily dose)

• 24 Hours later, add Algaecide at the required rate for your pool size

• See dosage on rate on the bottle

Winteriser Algaecide

Next Day

• Add Starver Pool Maintenance at the required rate for your pool size

• See dosage on rate on the bottle

Starver Pool Maintenance

During the winter

• Add regular sanitizer (Eg Chlorine) at least once every 5 to 10 days

•  Figure can vary depending on the volume of the pool and the size of the pump and filter

• Run the filter for 2 – 6 hours per day

•  Depending on the size of your pool

• We can advise you on running times.

Once a month

• Bring a water sample to us for your free test

• We can give you professional advice.
